Zoom and VSee are the two possible video platforms your SecureVideo account (or if you're invited to a session, your session host) could be using. If you have downloaded the videoconferencing app installer, but encounter one of these messages:
You may have your security settings to only allow the installation of apps downloaded from the App Store, and not downloaded from anywhere else.
1. Click on the Apple icon in the upper left hand corner of your computer screen, and select "System Preferences". On the menu that appears, click "Security & Privacy".
2. On the menu that appears, there should be a message that Zoom or VSee was blocked. Click on the button "Open Anyway".
